MAXIMUS Senior Engineer - Cherwell in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Cherwell Engineer's primary function is to work together with existing Cherwell team members in the support and development of the Cherwell ITSM platform. The day-to-day responsibilities include investigation, review and remediation of Cherwell related incidents and service requests. They may identify requirements, meet with stakeholders, develop software configuration modifications in accordance with the Cherwell Governance Board They may also develop (but not limited to) dashboards, reports, specifics forms, custom searches, workflows and custom content.

  • Resolve day-to-day Cherwell Incident and Service Request ticket resolution

  • Lead discussions and meetings around Cherwell development

  • Lead testing efforts for pertaining development efforts

  • Capture requirements from requestors and stakeholders for Cherwell development efforts

  • Configure and produce solutions relating to Cherwell requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • License required includes Cherwell Foundation; Cherwell Developer/Training (within 1 year); 3-5 Deep Dive courses; ITIL Foundations v3 2011 (preferred)

  • 5 years of relevant experience is required

  • Ability to design One-Steps and Automation process

  • Ability to write reports

  • Ability to build a mAPP

  • Ability to build dashboards
